About the event
This class is designed to further advance handbuilding skills, concepts, and interests. The class is divided into 4 weekly instructive sessions mixed with self-guided studio time. We will focus on the slab -flat sheets of clay- as a technique for producing form and surface in vessels. Participants will develop the skills and sensibilities that bridge into advanced territories of slab constructions.
